How the characters from Magic Knight Rayearth (both I and II) open a bottle of corked wine....
Hikaru: Pull the cork out with her teeth. Laugh over how she looked like doing that and shares the wine with everyone.
Umi: Pull and pull and pull and still can’t pull it out. Threatens to turn Mokona into a corkscrew.
Mokona : Pu puu puu pu puuuuu~!!!!!
Umi: Catches Mokona and starts twisting it into a vague corkscrew shape and demands it to open the bottle of wine with magic.
Hikaru: rescues Mokona from Umi and pulls the cork out with her teeth.
Mokona: (in relief) Puuuu.....
Fuu: Asks the cork politely to get out of the way. Sees that Hikaru is hurting her teeth pulling the cork from the bottle and thus summons Mashin—Windam, to pull the cork out.
Windam: Refuses to do something so degrading and disappears.
Ferio: Eagerly runs over to help Fuu. Pulls it out with his teeth and shares it with Fuu.
Emeraude: Sees everyone working so hard at pulling the cork out, prays very hard that the bottle will have happiness.
Zagato: Attacks the bottle and dissipates it into thin air so that Emeraude can stop praying for the bottle’s happiness.
Ascot: Pulls with his teeth and can’t get it out. Scared at Umi getting angry with him and pulls at it again. Pulls it with his teeth in the end and gets it out, but has sore gums for a day.
Presea: Studies the cork, orders the Magic Knights to get the Escot as a material to make a special corkscrew to open the special bottle.
Aska: Pull and pull and pull but can’t get the cork out. Whines and whines and whines. Cork still doesn’t come out. Screams and screams and screams.
Sanyo: Rushes over and pulls at the cork. Cork refuses to budge and he tries to pacify Aska. Doesn’t work, so he pulls and pulls and pulls until the cork comes out. Hits the wall from impact of pulling cork out.
Aska: Stops whining and starts drinking happily.
Sanyo: Out cold.
Primera: Tugs at the cork and fails. Whines for Lantis to open it for her.
Lantis: Pulls the cork out and gives the bottle to Hikaru.
Primera: Makes face at Hikaru and scolds Lantis “Ijiwarume~!!!!”
Mokona: Jumps and squashes Primera. Makes puu-puu sounds and gets some wine using its cutesy charms.
Eagle: Prepared to become the bottle’s ‘pillar’ and sacrifice his life to fall into eternal slumber, taking the bottle with him, so that everyone will have peace and not fight over who gets the bottle or whoever gets to become it’s ‘pillar’.
Tarta: Gets angry and pulls the cork out with her teeth.
Tatra: Whimpers and nags at her sister not to hurt herself.
Tarta: Angrily shouts at her sister, “if you don’t want me to hurt myself, help me!!!”
Tarta (whimpers and bits the end of her handkerchief)
Clef: Shakes head at everyone and just taps the neck of the bottle
with a finger.
Cork falls out and everyone cheers, except for Umi, who furiously whacks
Clef with a club for not coming earlier.
Mokona: <Pupupupupupupu>.....Pu puuuuu~!!!
(translation: <Drum-roll sound effect>.....The End~!!!)
